Beagle
A faster way for agencies to write proposals
Digital agencies rewrite many of the same proposal sections for every pitch. Beagle let teams assemble proposals from reusable content blocks, edit them together, and control the final presentation in one browser-based tool built on Podio.
Role & Strategy
I was part of the core team that created Beagle. I interviewed agencies in Copenhagen and London to learn which proposal sections they reused and where collaboration slowed down. I turned those patterns into reusable content blocks and prototyped the four main screens: Overview, Detail, Section Library, and Design Studio. I also worked on the product name and brand.

Modular design concept
Agencies send several proposals a day, often using the same structure and sections. Beagle turned those recurring parts into reusable content blocks. Team members could assemble a proposal, edit it together, follow its status, and refine the final presentation in Design Studio without leaving the browser.
How Beagle works

There are four main screens in Beagle: an overview where writers collaborate and see proposal statuses; a detail view for focusing on the proposal body; a section library for picking or replacing blocks; and a design studio for refining the look and feel of the finished proposal.
